After being on tour for that past 4 months around the U.S, Australia and New Zealand, they finally have some down time to meet up with their friends and spend sometime with their families... Sort of.
Going back home a nightmare?
Harry got to go back home to visit his mom,Anne, at her house inHolmes Chapel, Cheshire. Being the mom of a teen heart-throb isn't easy. Poor Anne thought she could spend some quality time with her boy with peace and quiet, but fame comes with a price. Some one direction fans have been camping outside of his moms house. Obviously their fans have missed the boys a lot.
One Direction was also recently asked if they would be moving permanently to the U.S out of the big success here in America. In an interview they pledged that they had NO PLANS of moving here to the U.S and staying at home.
"We were all asked the other day where we would want to live in the world and we all said the UK. There are great places out there but you can't pick anywhere but home." -Liam
"Obviously we miss home a lot and we have been away now for many weeks but we are back. Our fans there are the best. Without them we would not be enjoying the success we are. They started all this for us and we won't forget that." - Liam
Australian Fans go Crazy!
Tickets to 16 of the 20 shows for One Directions 2013 World tour, have already been sold out. This happened within hours of the tickets going on sale. When Ticketek ( an Australian ticket distributing site) said they were selling tickets for extra shows added in Sydney and Melbourne, well fans went crazy. For some fans the website had frozen or crashed.
"You are currently queued and will be automatically redirected to ticketek.com.au as customers ahead of you have left the website. Do not refresh this page," says the Ticketek site, only to then be told "Server is busy."
The Ticketek phone system was completely busy and people were going crazy. Ticketek then advised the fans that they were limited to only buying 4 tickets per person.
The boys went to NZ and are leaving NZ after spending a week there. Here are some things they did while they were there.

First they went Bungee Jumping??
Louis and Liam, the two daredevils of the group, decided to go Bungee jumping this past week at Sky Tower in Aukland, New Zealand. Bungee jumping was actually invented in New Zealand so the two boys thought they should have a try with it since they were there. They both put on bright jump suits to jump off 192 meters. They both followed the footsteps of Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, and David Beckum who have also jumped off the tower.

Late Night Date for Harry
One Direction's Harry Styles has enjoyed two romantic late-night dates with an American model. On Thursday the star took Emma Ostilly out on the town before giving her a goodnight kiss on her doorstep at 1.20am. Emma , 18, sneaked into the boyband’s hotel after a gig in Auckland, New Zealand. An onlooker who saw Harry and Emma in one of the city’s bars said: “They really seemed to have a connection and only had eyes for each other.”’s thought Harry, 18, first met Emma when she featured in the group’s video for their second single Gotta Be You, shot last Autumn in her home city of New York.
The model, with the same agency as Beyonce, was in New Zealand, where she is living, as One Direction arrived from Australia last week. Harry met up with her on Thursday night shortly after the band arrived in Auckland for a concert. Emma, wearing red skinny jeans, joined Harry at the trendy Gypsy Tea Rooms bar before going on to another bar.
“They were enjoying themselves, laughing and joking together,” said the onlooker.
“They seemed very happy and relaxed and you could tell they have a history together. The pictures show they are still close.”
Harry then gave Emma a lift in his chauffeur-driven car to the exclusive neighbourhood where she was staying. This will leave some broken hearted fans.

I'm gonna be a little directioner nerd, but some people have been asking me who my favorite One Direction guy is. Don't get me wrong I love all of them, but I have to say I really like the blond haired one Niall. This video is them singing More than This, which is one of my top favorite songs on the album. I have to say Niall did really good live!
In this video the guys are singing " Up All Night" which is also the name of their album. I found it so funny when they were jumping around and it looked like they were having fun performing this. Pay close attention to Harry in this video. He was the most funny.
The guys performing " What makes you beautiful." This song is their most popular single and you can tell by all the girls in the audience singing along.
" One Thing" is such a sweet song. Again this is one of my top favorite songs on their album. All 5 of the guys voices were featured in this song. It's nice to hear their separate voices.
For those who don't know what Crown Casino is, it is a big entertainment, and you guessed it, casino complex which is very well known to people in Australia. It's almost like America's Madison Square Garden in New York City. One Direction was scheduled to put on a performance there and boy were the fans excited.
More than 150 fans who scored a wristband had premium access to One Direction near the entrance of Crown Palladium. Some security guards had to give out bottles of water to girls at the front of the line, who didn't want to move in fear of losing their spot.
The even offered 150 lucky fans a wristband to catch a glimpse of the 5 guys. Some die-hard fans waited and camped out for more than 25 hours in line just to get their hands on a wristband.
The guys surely revved up the fans there in Melbourne, Australia, where their concert sold out in 3 minutes. All I can say is good luck and lets hope no one gets hurt!
" I don't want a penny of my boy's fortune"
Dad of One Direction's, Niall Horan, reveled he refused a house and car from his son adding, “I will graft for the rest of my life.” Bobby Horan, single parent and local butcher said:“When I heard Niall and One Direction had hit No1 in the States with their first album I was just clocking on for a 13-hour night shift."
“I couldn't believe it. I was obviously overjoyed. But I wasn’t going to go home and celebrate — I had a job to do.
“I’ve been a butcher most of my life and I’m going to keep doing that until I retire.
“I don’t want one penny of Niall’s money. He’s offered me big things like a car but I’ve always said no. I’m happy living and working as I am.”

He said: “Sometimes we don’t talk for days because he’s so busy so it’s great to see what he’s up to in The Sun.
“I laughed when I opened it the other day and saw him and the lads enjoying themselves on a yacht in Australia.
“He’s gone in completely the opposite direction of my life, and I love watching it happen.”
I think that Bobby is doing a good job with taking his sons whole new life very well. He is not changing who he is as a father and I think that is a smart way to help keep Niall grounded as well.

Well the boys have officially ended their debut in America and they are headed to Australia to start their European Tour until May when they return for their North American Tour. We will miss you!

One Direction are headed to Australia to start on their next tour. One city in Australia wanted 1D there so much that their concert tickets sold out in 3 minutes. Bids of up to $13,000 are being made for the last four tickets to the
British-Irish boy band's Sydney concert on April 13. Two Sydney concerts and a New Zealand gig also sold out instantly - over
10,000 tickets snapped by rabid teens, pre-teens and helpful parents.
Double Dose of One Direction
One Direction fans got a double dose of One direction Saturday night as they had their premiere showing of iCarly on Nickelodeon and their live performance on Saturday Night Live. I happened to watch both right in a row. Their appearance on iCarly was great. It made me laugh quite a few times. The story line goes that One Direction was invited to perform on iCarly but Harry got sick so Carly took care of him. After awhile Harry started to fake getting sick just to get Carly's attention so the band had to figure out a way to get him back to performing. They came up with the idea to get their friend Gibby to take Harry's place in the band.
On Saturday Night Live their performance of " What makes you beautiful" blew me away on how good it was. I even gave them an applause when they were through. Half way during the show they also appeared in a skit and dressed up wearing fake wigs and mustaches dancing to Spanish music. I had such a good laugh. I didn't even recognize them at first! Then to end the show they sang " One Thing" which again was very good. Good job boys. They sure left their mark here in America!
Working With Justin Bieber? Direction member Niall Horan broke the news on his Twitter feed Wednesday, writing, "In the studio with our boy @justinbieber last night, it's gona
sound great!" Bandmate Liam Payne confirmed the Internet-shattering collabo, adding, "Got a first listen to Justin Bieber's new album
yesterday wowww big songs!!! It's gunna be a smash ... Expect the unexpected
:O." Bieber seemed to enjoy the hang with his new pals as well, responding to
Payne with the tweet, "@Real_Liam_Payne Thanks buddy. Good

Bieber's manager said that having a duet with One Direction is very possible." Justin likes them and thinks they are good dudes. All people of that generation should be there to help each other." I guess we will just have to wait and see what the future music will bring us!

One Direction getting ready for SNL
"We obviously get American TV in the U.K., and I've watched 'Saturday Night Live' before ... and 'Saturday Night Live' is a big, big deal, everyone knows that. And when we got invited on, we couldn't believe it," Horn said. "Again, we haven't spent a lot of time here, so a lot of people don't know who we are, so to be invited on such a prestigious American show is pretty amazing."
Niall said he'd love the chance to show off his funny side with "SNL" stars Kristin Wiig and Bill Hader, if given the chance. "We heard there could be a possibility [that] 'Saturday Night Live' comes with a skit. We're up for it," he said. "We'd love to do something like that. Nothing has come up, but if it comes up, that's part of the 'Saturday Night Live' experience."
I normally don't watch SNL, but I'm sure to tune it next Saturday April 7th to watch them work their funny magic. Good luck boys!
Getting their very own book?
One Direction has an agreement with HarperCollins for an authorized book, featuring interviews and the back story of how they got to success. HarperCollins announced Friday that “Dare to Dream: Life as One Direction” is coming out May 22. A sequel is planned for September 2013.
One Direction’s album, “Up All Night,” has been a No. 1 smash worldwide. A U.S. tour begins two days after the release of “Dare to Dream.”
They are also releasing a live concert DVD, featuring performances from their Big Time Rush tour, on May 28th, 2012. You can pre-order it from the link below!
One Direction performed live at the Kids Choice Awards last night! I was there watching it the whole time! They had an awesome performance, probably one of the best that I have seen. There entrance was very cool and this sure is helping them be known. They actually got front row seats to the show. Looks like they had a good time and for sure got slimmed! Every girl in the audience — including Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Ashley
Tisdale knew all the words and sang along. Even
first lady Michelle Obama couldn't keep herself from clapping!
The guys style was in full force, with each member wearing a
different black-and-white look. Towards the end they had humongous white balls fall from the ceiling over the audience and the kids got to push them around. Even towards the end, the guys themselves got to push them back into the crowd. They sure had a good night!
